How do I create an account?
Click 'Sign Up' at the top of the page, fill in the form with your information (name, email, password) and validate your email via the link received. You can also sign up with Google or Apple.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
Click 'Forgot password' on the login page. Enter your email and you'll receive a link to reset your password. This link is valid for 24 hours.
How do I update my personal information?
Log in to your account, go to 'My Profile' and click 'Edit'. You can update your name, phone, address and profile photo.
How do I delete my account?
Go to your account settings and click 'Delete my account'. This action is irreversible and will delete all your data. You will receive a confirmation email.
How do I enable two-factor authentication?
In your account security settings, enable the '2FA' option. You can use an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy) to secure your account.
