Teleconsultations performed via ToubibTrip are covered under the same terms as a traditional consultation. You can benefit from reimbursement by your health insurance and supplementary health insurance according to your contract.

After your teleconsultation, a detailed invoice is automatically generated in your personal space. Download it and send it to your supplementary health insurance via their app or by mail. Reimbursement usually takes 5 to 10 business days.

After booking your slot, you receive a connection link by email and notification. At the appointment time, connect from your browser or mobile app. The doctor joins you in the virtual room for your secure consultation.

No, the amount is only pre-authorized (held) on your bank card at the time of booking. The actual charge only occurs after the consultation. In case of cancellation within the allowed period, no amount will be charged.
